Research On The Official's-Duty Charging System In China

This article is under the guidance of Marxism. And by the basic principle of politics, science of administration and system economics, On the basis of absorbing and learning the existing research achievement, makes a comparatively overall analysis and explanation on the established duty-charging system aiming at the officials in our country so that further impel the reform of cadre personnel system and motivate the establishment of responsible government. From the point of view of the exploration on the western civil services and Chinese ancient official examination system, this paper elaborates and discusses the practical significance of officials'duty-charging system, analyzes the features and problems manifested during exercising the leaders'duty-charging system, and propose some strategies and advice to improve it.
