The Countermeasures To Strengthen The Ethical Construction In Social Transition Of China

Ethics is an important factor to promote economic development and maintain social harmony and stability. The Third Plenary Session proposed that must strengthen ethical construction of the whole society, inspire people to form a good moral will, moral emotion, cultivating correct moral judgment and moral responsibility, improve moral practice ability, especially the ability to consciously practice, guide people yearning and pursuit of morality, moral respect, observe the moral life, the formation of strength for the upward force, good deeds. However, at present in our country in transformation period of the society under the background,China in the construction of socialist morality appeared a series of problems, these problems not only reduces the moral level of our country, also affect the transformation of the development of our society, affects the sustainable development of society.In this background, based on the social transition of China’s moral construction as the research subject, a series of moral problems in the period of social transition was studied systematically. And then it has seen the moral problems and countermeasures in order to help the moral construction in China through the analysis of the United States, Britain and Japan in the period of social transition. Finally it put forward in the period of social transition in our country to strengthen the construction of the Chinese moral countermeasures.As currently in the third period of social transition in China, the social structure and people’s values are changing, so a series of moral problems appeared, mainly reflected in the faith crisis, social morality, money worship, affection crisis,professional ethics, social indifference, etc; Similarly, the United States, Britain, Japan and other western developed countries also appeared similar moral issues in the period of social transition, and their countermeasures to solve the problems of moral also brought enlightenment to our country. In the new era, we must build China’s modern moral system that get the socialist core values as the main content, and accelerate the economic development, the liberation of ideology, strengthen moral education, attaches great importance to the cultural transmission carrier construction,the construction of personal credit information platform, and perfect the legal system construction of six aspects, for exploring the countermeasures of China moral construction in social transition development.
