Study On The Training Mode Of Vocational College Education For Judicial Police

In the 21th century the trend of multi-polar world and economic globalization become more apparent. International and domestic situation become more complicated and changeful. Since China attached herself to globalization progress and international competition by enrolling herself in WTO and subscribing "International Human rights Convention". It makes the competition still more severe. At the same time, with the developing of social market economy, administrating state affairs according to laws and keeping space with globalization progress, crimes committed tend to be more diversified, intellectualized and internationalized, and the struggle with them becomes more and more hard and the situation for judicial police becomes more and more complicated. All these raise problems in training high-level judicial policemen.Based on the large amounts of materials I have collected and the experience from the work in judicial police college, by analyzing the occupation of the judicial police and the knowledge, ability, aptitude structure they need, and their present state to be improved, this paper presents the thoughts on the training mode for the judicial police. It suggests that vocational college education for judicial police should be like this: when our location is definite, we should put the emphasis on the students' abilities and skills, get the majors optimized, and design teaching and learning scientifically, organize a double-skilled teacher team, focus our attention on the training process,. Only in this way can we realize the aims of training potential judicial police.
