On The Consideration Of Chinese Social Conflict Problem During The Transformation Period

After 1978, brand-new social transformation has provided the developing power for our country and poured the new vigor into our country. At the same time the social transformation has also brought social contradiction to her. As a result of the contradiction developing, our country has a series of social conflict events at present. It has had the significant influence to social stability, the reform and opening and the socialism modernization advancement. This article takes the historical materialism "the social being decides social consciousness, the social consciousness reacts in the social being" as the analytical frame, takes benefit contradiction between the social subjects occurring and developing as the thread, makes use of political sociology and Game Theory as the analytical tool to study Chinese social conflict problem during the transformation period.This article is divided into four parts:Introduction: This part has elaborated the background to Chinese social conflict problem, summarized the related theory achievement that domestic and foreign theorists studied social conflict, proposed the point of application and the analytical frame.Part I : This part has studied social conflict's concept, characteristic, process and function. The social conflict is social interaction that opposes as a result of the benefit, the value idea difference and the public opposition between social subjects. It is one kind of game that the contradiction continues to tend to display intensely. In general, it may experience three stages, namely the benefit confront, the motion threat, the violence contending with. And it has the positive function .It also has the negative function.Part II : This part has inspected the occurring mechanism of Chinese social conflict. Social transformation brings a series of socialcontradiction to China. People can have the disaffection. They will form the protest impulse if it surpasses people's psychological carrying capacity. Thus social conflict will take place with the situation of the sharp-edged event occurring. At present China has three big conflicts, namely labor conflict, cadre and crowd conflict, rich and poor conflict.Part III: This part has discussed the regulating mechanism of social conflict. Regulating society contradiction and social conflict is the most important basic function of all nations. If we want to regulate social conflict effectively, we have to strengthen the national ability, defuse the society contradiction positively and deal with the social conflict properly.
