Social Conflict Management Game Perspective

This paper argues that the reason for today’s Chinese society lead to social conflicts, many of them most is due to the process of social development and public policy adjustment due to change, the way to solve basically through existing public policy adjustment and reform to achieve of. But the results will solve the following three ways: First, social conflict as a starting point to achieve the goal of promoting social progress through effective governance; the second is unscientific way to resolve the conflict, not only failed to promote social progress, but to some extent hindered the development of society; the third is to eliminate factors that lead to direct conflict, pre-conflict status quo society.This paper attempts to explain the Chinese government’s social management of the current conflict through political game theory, analysis of social conflict governance body set behavior, study what kind of policy environment can promote social governance body in the management of social conflict in the game to reach Pareto optimality; that is, as what various government departments in the policy environment, through the goal of promoting social progress achieved on the basis of effective management of social conflicts.Paper chooses S City bus outage event as a case study to demonstrate the key point of this article.
