Analysis Of Political Management View Of Public Management

Thinking started from the failure of politics/administration dichotomy, and at the base of discussion of the meanings political management, author shown some people wrong understands about the traditional political management, and demonstrated the inevitability of researching the question of political management view of public management. After studying scholar's concerning on this question with the development of the study of public management, we will find it's inevitable to study this question, even to achieve our object of realizing public wealth and creating public value to modern public management idea. The formation of political management in the field of public organization originated from three ways. Firstly, the pursing of interest is its basic cause, secondly; the public nature of public organization is its key cause; at last, the desire of good governance is its externally formulate power. We need to know the essential object and value of political management, some important people, some function, main methods, and so on, to achieve effective political management. To clarify the wrong understanding about the meaning of political management view of public management, this article also compared the different meanings of political management view of public management and traditional one. The development of the subject of public management and the administrative practice both demonstrate it's very important to study the question of political management view of public management not to the study of public management but to the innovation of political management in the fields of politics.
