A Study Of Online Political Management Applied To The Local Government Public Administration

With the coming of the information society and the rising of the cyber politics, the online political management provides a new public space for the participants, broadens the speaking right for the public, and provides a new channel for the communication. The virtual online surroundings of the political management, the equality of the political subjects, the richness of the political management content, the interactivity of the political management patterns, the convience of the political management ways, all of these features make the public policy-making democracy and science be improved, the channels and the patterns of the public participation and discussion of the state affairs be enriched and the shortcomings of the regular political management be remedied, whose core value is to optimize the government management, which is an effective tool for the government behavior, an innovation for the public management.In this paper, the author focuses on the online political management applied to public administration, discusses the connotation, features and basic parterns of the online political management, and analyzes the present situation of the online management development and existing problems; accordingly, the author puts forward some policies and suggestions for perfect the online political management. The content of this study is divided into three parts:In the first part, the author introduces the study background, objects, significances and literature review of this paper; in the second part the author discusses about the core definitions of relative theories, and the theoretic basis for this study; in the third part, by analyzing the impact of the online political management on the local government public management, the existing problems, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for perfecting the online manangement and gives some follow-up work prospects.
