Try To Discuss The Service-style Governmental Construction After Entering Into The WTO

With the development of world politics, economy and society, there are crisis and challenge from the theory and practice shown in the traditional government since 1970's, which is created on the basis of bureaucratic mechanism. In order to reply to this challenge, it has sprung up one furious government-reform movement in the western world, which has cast away the traditional control-style government model and created the service-style government mode instead. China has entered into the WTO in the turn of century, which brings the broad and far-reaching effect on the China's politics, economy, society, culture, etc. Our governmental management system has not been entirely suitable to the needs of economic globalization and socialist market economy which is becoming perfect gradually, so it has become an urgency of the reform on the governmental management system, whose aim is to create the normative service-style government. The thesis aims at discussing and studying on how to create the service-style government in new state.This thesis includes three parts:Firstly, the author analyses the strike of entry into the WTO on China's government and construes the great significance of creating the service-style government soundly and systemically. Secondly, the author discusses the object tendency of creating the service-style government. Thirdly, the author construes four approaches to create the service-style government through the concept, function, flow and means on the basis of summarizing the theory and practice in recent years.
