Mao Zedong personally presided six conferences from November, 1958 the first Zhengzhou conference to July, 1959 the Mt. Lushan conference. He corrected the mistakes of the Great Leap Forward and the people's communalization movement .Mao Zedong proposed many valuable viewpoints in these conferences. In the late half of 1960 , the depression of the national economy highlighted day after day, the CPC decided to adjust the national economy. The CPC continued the endeavor of 1956 during overcoming the difficulty and correcting the mistake. The CPC accumulated a lot of new experience about socialist construction which are mainly as follows : Persisting the idealogical route of seeking truth from facts, lanching the drive of investigation; Adjusting productive relation from the level and demand of productive force; Puting the agriculture on the foundation of the national economy; Developing socialist commodity economy, Attaching importance to the function of the law of value; Persisting and developing the spirit of self-reliance and arduous struggle .The experience inspires us as follows : Persist the idealogical route of emancipating the mind, seeking truth from facts and keeping pace with the time ; Persist and develop the land system ; Put the agriculture on the foundation of the national economy firmly; Continue to develop the socialist market system; Inherit and develop the spirit of self-reliance and arduous struggle .
