Study Of The Government Public Relation In The Construction Of The Harmonious Society

The issue of the government public relations is a new research field of the political theory and the administrative science. As one function of the government, in theory and practice, the government public relations is still in its start-up stage, but it has a significant role on the information communication between government and society, on the coordination of social interests and on the maintaining social harmony.Harmonious society is the basis on which the government public relations is built as well as a goal that the government public relations tries to attain. The paper makes a deep and systematic research on the government public relations, on the background of harmonious society, as the government public relations a clue, applying to the contemporary basic principles of the political theory and the administrative science, summing up our forefathers'research achievements. There are three parts in the paper.Part one is about the major role of the government public relations in the process of the construction of harmonious society. On the background of the construction of harmonious society, from the perspective of government function, around the function of the government public relations ,there are five points stating the significant role of government public relations in the construction of harmonious society firstly, it benefits for the harmony between government and enterprises.2nd,it can coordinate relations of government and the public, promoting the harmony between government and the public.3rd,it benefits for the harmony between government and the organizations with various of requests in society,4th,it can coordinate the conflicts from different interests and maintenance the social stability.
