Trade liberalization can satisfy the people's maximum needs in different countries, achieve optimization of disposition in resources and improve welfare of dumb millions in all countries through the fluxion of resources, products, techniques and services in different countries and areas. Obviously, the trade liberalization is advantageous to the development. But, whether the trade liberalization can maintain and promote sustainable development. Whether the trade liberalization for developing countries is a kind of beneficial development progress, how developing countries make themselves get well along with this progress of the trade liberalization and the progress can't converse. The questions above all can't make conclusion in a simple words.The threads of this paper are more explicitly. In chapter one, we define the concept of sustainable development and trade liberalization in traditional way. This is the jumping-off point of the paper. The comprehension of the definition of sustainable development and trade liberalization is the logistic gist which can provide scientific basis for application of sustainable development to WTO law. Sustainable development is a concept of a multi-arrangement of idea: it not only should guarantee the balance and sustainability of the ecosystem, and establish corresponding contact with the economy, the social and political aspect.
