Trade liberalization can satisfy the people's maximum needs in different countries, achieve optimization of disposition in resources and improve welfare of dumb millions in all countries through the fluxion of resources, products, techniques and services in different countries and areas. Obviously, the trade liberalization is advantageous to the development. But, whether the trade liberalization can maintain and promote sustainable development. Whether the trade liberalization for developing countries is a kind of beneficial development progress, how developing countries make themselves get well along with this progress of the trade liberalization and the progress can't converse.
