Legal Security Of Right To Know

We are living in an era of information, which is also right oriented. With the continuous development of the era, many rights is generated accompanied by the progress of human civilization continually, so does the right to know. It entered the stage of history as a new member of the rights family. To ensure the realization of the right to know, some countries have established a legal security of the right to know (mainly for opening the information). The right to know in China has not been expressed in the Constitution. The article firstly introduces the legal security of the right to know in other countries of the world and analyses the relation and distinction among them. Secondly, the article analyses the situation and existed problems of the legal security in China and promotes some advisable suggestions.The article consists of three parts.The first part is research on the theory and significance of the right to know.
