After the baptism of the two world wars, the United States eventually becamethe hegemony of the world’s oceans. The end of the Cold War, along with thedisappearance of the former Soviet Union ,the U.S. Navy forces become the mostpowerful naval forces in the world today. At the same time, it plays a veryimportant role in maintaining their national interests and foreign strategy. TheAsia-Pacific sea area gathered around China, Japan, Russia and other majorcountries, there are also potential conflicts of the Korean Peninsula, the SouthChina Sea, its geo-strategic situation is extremely complex.After“9.11”, theUnited States began to adjust its national security strategy, and by the "Counter-terrorism ", to increase the region’s Bureau of military input; at the sametime, along with the enhancement of economic and strategic position inAsia-Pacific region, the situation in the Asia-Pacific sea area,appear to the newchanges, with the enhancement of national strength the Chinese navy also appearto the further development. However, the United States can not tolerate thepresence of the rise of the Asia-Pacific region. Especially in the upgrading ofChina’s naval forces.
