Problems And Strategies Research On Electronic Government Construction Of Shenyang

E-govemment is the seasonable acting with the information technology revolution. The implementing of the e-government will deeply influence the function of the city. As the capital of Liaoning province, the center of northeast, the famous cultural and industry city, Shenyang's e-government construction plays a very important role in public administration field in China.The whole thesis consist three parts:Firstly, it clarifies the concept and contents of e-government. As the same time, it declares that e-government has a huge function in governmental information construction.Secondly, it proposed and analyzed the problems in Shenyang e-government construction. For example, the speed of development is low; the level of development is unbalance between city and rural area; the information source and software are scarcity; there no enough rules and laws for e-government and so on.Thirdly, based on the problems, it proposed some strategies, develop organization system, strengthen leadership and network service function, make training program for Shenyang e-government.
