The Study On The Retired People's Labor Rights

This thesis intends to discuss several problems about labor rights relating to our country's retire system. The retired people are a kind of special group in society. The aim of Retire System is to provide the old people retirement pension after they reach the retire age, and ensure they can live on this pension. But this system does not deny those people's labor rights, or their capability to work. So if we confess the old people still have labor rights, it is necessary to pay attention to how to protect their labor rights.Firstly, since retired people have labor rights and capability to work, they can do something relating to their experiences and skills. Then we should talk about the regulation—equal pay for equal work. There are many old people who find a job after they retired with lower payment than those who do the same job but younger than the old ones.When the author of this thesis talks about equal pay for equal work, actually, this should not be a problem according to our Constitution and Labor law. But retired people' s labor rights are not clear by laws, we have to push the law confess the special group of people should be protected by law when they are hired after retirement. Or else, these old people' s rights will easily be trespass by employer for their cheaper.Secondly, we have no legislation for retired people who come back to work. But this is a truth, and we cannot deny it. When this happen, we must consider they will experience the same risk of job-related injuries as other people. But our laws never make it clear that the employers should buy Job-related Injuries Insurance. So...
