Along with the development of economic globalization, labor dispatching as atypical employment form, emerges and develops quickly. But some problems, especially "unequal pay for equal work" must be regulated.This paper studies A expressway company, expects to investigate the "unequal pay for equal work" phenomenon of A company and provide effect solution.This paper mainly uses literature and empirical analysis. Firstly it introduces the concept and party relationship of labor dispatching. Combining with the history,current status and trend, this paper points out that it has irreplaceable advantage and coexisting drawback. Through analyzing on the specific items of , this paper holds that the law will regulate the development of labor dispatching, especially definite the rule of "equal pay for equal work". By introducing the theory of "equal pay for equal work" in developed countries and the implementation limit in China, we should put focus on the problem of "equal pay for equal work".By analyzing the difference between dispatching labor and contract labor on wage income,social insurance and welfare, this paper points out that it does harm to the harmony and stability of A company and is unfavorable to create the most value. In the end, this paper puts forward constructive suggestion, including establish the same salary distribution system between dispatching labor and contract labor to solve the problem of "unequal pay for equal work", implement performance management to fulfill dynamic mechanism between dispatching labor and contract labor, meanwhile create "human-oriented" enterprises culture. This paper is also expected to offer some directions and advices for more enterprises using the dispatching labors.
