Research On The Security Market's Credit

The first part of my paper is about the concept and the role of the security market's credit. Credit is the inevitable product of the development of the commodity economy in the advanced stage of the economic development– on the condition of a market economy, credit become universal, inevitable and the overall socio-economic phenomenon. In the socio-economic life, credit plays a significant role. Thus, a market economy is essentially credit economy, the credit is the cornerstone of healthy economic development. In Legal level ,credit not only reflects the personality factors which are in the spiritual realm, but also the capacity to ensure the fulfilment of the promise that the property element. Legal credit is to fulfil promises subjectively and objectively ,in another word, the credit of the legal level is a combination of personal attributes and the attributes of the property, forming a so-called "information". Legal credit-building is a certain system operational, credit can be quantified, classification management, through various institutional arrangements in order to be shaped and enhanced. Through the company and the history of the development of the securities market, it can be concluded that the emergence and development of credit relations are limited basis, dependent on the formation of joint development of the securities market, so credit is a prerequisite for the development of the securities market and conditions.The second part of my analysis is about the performance and the reasons of the credit deficiencies in the security market.China's security market performance of major credit deficiencies in the following areas : First, the credit deficiencies listed companies.
