A Study On The Administrative Supervision On The Market Price During And After The Heel Of The Transition To The WTO

This thesis, with the administrative supervision on market price during and after the heel of the transition to the WTO as its subject of study and a focus on the background, opportunity , targets of and factors influencing ,offers valuable guidance for the exploration into the development orientation and work focus in china.The thesis proposes the guiding lines, main targets, measures and suggestions for the administrative supervision on the market price on the basis of a thorough and systematic analysis on the current situation and problems of the market economy the WTO will bring. It is maintained in the thesis that the administrative supervision on market price should get rid of the conventional system in order to accommodate itself to the WTO rules and the development orientation of the market economy to improve the economy and social development.This thesis points out that during and after the transition to the WTO, the administrative supervision on market price should place itself on"making rules, being judges, doing services", and gradually diminish the management on the microcosmical economy, and change the focus to managing market behavior. It should perfect the law system around《Price law》as soon as possible, strengthen the supervision on the action of transgressing the price laws, and reinforce the consciousness of service the commonality to make the market economy develop more healthy and sustaining .
