Recently, E-business is becoming the main style of the business affairs. The government is the important gather and publisher of the social information; its application technology of information must be priority to the corporation. And the low level of application technology of the government information system should be an obstruction of the social information program. Carry forward government informationize, actively develop electronic government, found electronic government have become a reversible world trend that turns. In fact, electronic government have already placed the political program of all industrialization countries promptly, in the five application fields of "information speed roads" that different countries initiate positively, "electronic government" has been already listed as the first, the former government informationize tide in vain is sweeping whole world. And the G2B mode will develop its important function. How to accelerate the construction of the G2B mode healthily, this is the important subject that the manager of government, IT expert, scholar face.On the base of E-government environment concept frame, This article introduces G2B mode, Generally speaking, the G2B mode is made up of several parts, e-procurement system of government, e-revenue system, e-business administration system, e-foreign trade system, e-service of enterprise, the integrate information service system and so on. With reference to G2B Mode, The paper mainly limits its attention to cost-effect analysis from the angle of Marginal cost progressive decrease of E-government, and also to technical support analysis from the aspect of"one-stop access"services, and, what's more, to strategic frame analysis which is based on G2B's role in the overall goal of E-government development. Meanwhile, this thesis also affords a penetrating exploration to some factors that put a limit on G2B Mode development, and in connection, the thesis proposes a series of feasible tactics accounting a great deal for the corresponding problems.
