A Research On The Positive Interaction Between The Government And The Non-profit Organization

With the development of society economy and reformation of our country, the reconstruction of relationship between the government and society has been the common cognition in the theory and practice. The construction of the positive interaction between the government and the non-profit organization (simplification NPO) is a well cut-in point of adjusting the relationship between the government and society.The thesis has been divided into four chapters in order to discuss the importance of the positive interaction between the government and the NPO, the factors influencing the positive interaction between the government and the NPO, and the measures facilitating the positive interaction between the government and the NPO.Chapter one puts forward the research clew, methodology, contents and creative points based on the analyses of the background, significance and literature review of the research topic.Chapter two analyzes the importance of the positive interaction between the government and the NPO, introduces the definition, characteristics and theory of the positive interaction between the government and the NPO, and demonstrates the practical value of the positive interaction between the government and the NPO.Chapter three reviews the history process of relationship between the government and the NPO, analyzes the factors influencing the positive interaction between the government and the NPO. The factors are following: the government having misunderstanding toward NPO, the inefficiency of the government transforming his function, the government having management limitation toward NPO, the unperfected law toward NPO, the deficiency ability of the NPO, the NPO depending much on the government.Chapter four puts forward the measures for positive interaction between the government and the NPO. It points out that the government should change its attitude toward NPO, set up perfected framework of law, reforms the rules of governing NPO, enhances the support to NPO, and constructs supervisory rules to NPO; at the same time, the NPO should know its duties, enhance its ability and adjust its relationship with the government.
