In this society, it is very important to know how to prevent, manage and administrate the crisis effectually. Meanwhile, the universality and fatality of the crisis make it a pressing issue for researchers to manage the crisis stratagem.With the increasing types of various crises and the complex content of crisis, and also with the enrichment of the facility for communication media, it is very important to work by communication in Crisis Administration. At the same time, with the development of Mass Communication, the study of Crisis Transmission Administration is valued in all kinds of studies on Crisis Administration.What is it the effective Crisis Administration? The author has found that the basis of the effective Crisis Administration is the publicity of the crisis information, which is also one of the most important issues on the study of Crisis Transmission.However, the Chinese Government generally does not make the information public which about a great deal of significant events, especially on the negative aspect influence of important sudden events.
