Objective : To analysis of self-consistency and Congruence of Recruit and its influencial factors. Methods: Objects Totally 1132 recruits of Liao ning were investigated in 2007, 335 navys,395 armys,402 airmen. Male-974 cases, female-158 cases.age: 16-25yr(average age=18.8±1.2yr). Methods We have investigated with general questionnaire, Self-consistency and Congruence Survey(SCCS), Tennax Self Concept Scale (TSCS), General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES), Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) and Eysenck's personality questionnaire (EPQ). Data was input in the computer, statistic analysis used sample t test, one-way ANOVA , Pearson correlation Spearman correlation, and multiple Linear Regression.Results:⒈The analysis of Self-consistency and congruence①According to Mean and Std.Deviation of total scores of self-consistency and Congruence, there are 3 groups for recruits, High self-consistency and Congruence group(≦63scores), norm group(64-93 scores) and low self-consistency and Congruence group(≧94scores).②The condition of self-consistency and Congruence in Recruit High self-consistency and Congruence group is 172, accunted for 15.2% of overall;norm group is 767, accunted for 67.8%of overall;low self-consistency and Congruence group is 192, accunted for 17% of overall.③There are significant differences between city recruits and country recruits in 3 factors scores of SCCS(P<0.05).④There are significant differences among navy, amy and airman recruits in 4factors scores of SCCS(P<0.05).⒉The analysis of self consistency and congruence and influencial factors⑴The analysis of everyScale on three groups of different scores of SCCS①The analysis of Mental Health There are significant differences among three groups of different scores of SCCS in every factor score of SCL-90 (P<0.05).②The analysis of personality There are significant differences among three groups of different scores of SCCS in every factor score of EPQ (P<0.05).③The analysis of Self– concept and Self-efficacy There are significant differences among three groups of different scores of SCCS in total scores of GSES and TSCS(P<0.05).⑶Correlation analysis①Correlation between SCCS and SCL-90. Total scores of SCCS are positive related with every factor of SCL-90(rs=0.250,0.379,P=0.000).②Correlation between SCCS and EPQ. Total scores of SCCS are negative related with EPQ-E (rs=-0.363,P=0.000), and positive related with EPQ-P and EPQ-N(rs=0.494,0.431,P=0.000).③Correlation among SCCS, TSCS and GSES. Total scores of SCCS are negative related with total score of GSES and TSCS(rs=-0.625,-0.350,P=0.000).⑷Multiple Linear Regression. Total scores of SCCS are negative related with age total scores of GSES and TSCS. Total scores of SCCS are positive related with environment of growing, time of leaving school, EPQ-P, EPQ-N, compulsion and paranoia.Conclusions:⒈The condition of self-consistency and Congruence in Recruit High self-consistency and Congruence group is 172, accunted for 15.2% of overall;norm group is 767, accunted for 67.8% of overall;low self-consistency and Congruence group is 192, accunted for 17% of overall.⒉Age,Self-concept, Self-efficacy, environment of growing, time of leaving school, EPQ-P, EPQ-N ,compulsion and paranoia directly affect self-consistency and Congruence in Recruit.
