A Study On The Management Of Ideological And Political Education For Chinese Recruits In A New Era

April 21,2017,President Xi stressed in the army office of the southern theater command that "" three should grasp facts " ",of which the first is to grasp the ideological and political construction work.This fully reflects the importance of ideological and political construction.October 18,2017,the 19 th National Congress reported that China's new historical development has entered a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Currently,the recruits of the army are those who were born around the millennium,grew up in the information network society,and benefited from the golden period of national development.They are also the first recruits to serve in the army after President Xi was identified as the core of the whole party.According to the field survey and the response of each unit,in the face of the new mission and requirements of the powerful country and the powerful army,there is a positive and healthy side in this part of recruits,but there are some new situations and problems that cannot be ignored objectively.They need to be examined more scientifically and dialectically and guided more purposefully.Based on this,this paper discusses the ideological and political management of recruits in China in the new era.In terms of research objects and methods,the main objects are soldiers who are newly enlisted in the army or those who have been enlisted in the army.On the basis of understanding the research status and research progress of education management of recruit's ideological and political work at home and abroad,the research data of army were extensively collected,and the research data were accumulated.The research entry point of this paper was the ideological and political situation of recruit in shenzhen branch of guangdong provincial armed police force in recent years.In terms of research framework and content,it mainly includes two aspects,the current investigation of recruit ideological problems in the new era and the main problems existing in current recruit ideological and political education management.Based on the army's investigation of recruits,the author conducted a case analysis and found that there were problems in the current education management of recruit ideological politics,such as the failure of education management objects to reflect differences,the pertinence and systematic insufficiency of education management contents,and the lack of innovation of education management forms and methods.In view of this,this paper combines the case content,through the combination of empirical analysis and normative analysis,and according to the relevant basic theories of public management,discusses the problems eXisting in the management of recruit ideological and political education from the aspects of "three-position","four areas" and "five forces".On the research conclusion,the author thinks that strengthening the recruit ideological and political education management should start from three aspects.First of all,we should focus on the grassroots level and establish and improve the supervision system of recruit ideological and political education management.Secondly,improve the targeted management of recruit ideological and political education in combination with the actual situation.Finally,people oriented,pay attention to the discipline combination of recruit ideological and political education management work.
