Management of education,as the most fundamental,the largest and most frequent practical activities in the army building,is a fundamental and overall work of the basic work,throughout the combat readiness,military training and daily work involved in all ideological and behavior aspects.The recruits training program is a very important and fundamental organization and management link in the process of cultivating young people with enlistment from the masses as soldiers.It is the key to the construction of the forces of combat and basic engineering,as a key branch of the army work.It is to maintain centralized army,to ensure the path and the primary means of regular order.It is important to consolidate and improve the overall combat effectiveness of troops to protect.Soldiers are the main body of grass-roots construction work,and recruits are the source of the soldiers.However,the evolving social situation has also led to new changes in the structure of the troops.At present,a large number of "Post-90s" youth is gradually into the barracks,and gradually occupied the ranks of the soldiers in the army.These "Post-90s" as newcomers to the arrival of the soldiers not only play a role as fresh blood,but also take new challenges to the grassroots management work.How to solve the problem of education management,and according to the character of the "Post-90s" newly recruited soldiers is an effective problem that all the grassroots people can-not avoid and need to solve.Therefore,this dissertation based on the management of the basic concepts and the relevant principles,in order to analysis of the"Post-90s" new recruits after the group characteristics and the corresponding characteristics of the background and reasons,through the questionnaires of "Post-90s" new recruits soldiers and put forward five corresponding management recommendations around them.So there are some conclusions and advices:Strengthen education and guidance,and enhance the"Post-90s" new recruits soldiers mission awareness;Update the traditional concept with dialectical viewing "Post-90s" new training,"Post-90s" new management of the soldiers to implement the scientific management;Create a good environment with humanistic care of"Post-90s" new army soldiers and so on.Finally,this dissertation designed a series of"Post-90s" new recruits training management program in order to help managers to see through the phenomenon of the essence,grasp the mainstream.For the "Post-90s" new recruits soldiers to establish a determined military camp,dedicated to the idea of national defense.
