Study On The Administratively Executing The Law In The Local Police Station

The local police stations are the constituents of the police department in our country. In view of the law status and task, the police department including the local police station has the double properties: administrative and judicial. The former embodies in two aspects, one is the police departments belong to the administrative management of multilevel governments, they are in charge of the social order and the security in our country. Another is the multilevel police departments have been taking on the social order administration that is one of the most important tasks. The social order administration is the constituent of administrative managements in our county, its administrative methods, measures and authorities are adjusted when being in the administrative study and administrative law, which is the main function having been taken on by the local police station. The criminal judicial property is doing good for the judicial department. The local police station as a basic structure of police department, it is most important for the administrative property.For years, the works in the local police stations have been reformed and explored, and have got some results. However, there be lacking the perfect mechanism, so it is not obvious in the whole function. There are not compliant for the development in lot of aspects. How to resolve the problems in executing law; it remains exploring and consummating in our practice.At present, there are lots of civilian dissensions as result of the various interests in our country, if not been treated properly; they will convert to the order case or criminal one. The civilian intermediation in the executive has been presented obviously, and it has spent lots of energy in practice, whether doing well for the intermediation or not will relate to the social result directly during the executing the law, but it not yet recognized for years.At last, this paper discussed the executive environment that the basic policemen have been facing to. For some years, the case aggrieving the executing policeman increased. There are case violating the policeman, so the policeman's personal security is often suffered from mistreat. How to protect policeman from the violation becomes the important subject.
