The Social Security For Urban Migrant Farmers And The Construction Of Harmonious Society

The problem of the social security for urban migrant farmers and the problem of the construction of harmonious society are both urgent issues have been paid much attention by person at present. Constructing socialistic harmonious society require each social group develop contradictly, make progress together. However, the income distance between rural and urban people is more and more serious; the defienciency of social security for urban migrant farmers is very serious, which have great negative effects on the constructing of socialistic harmonious society. In order to diminish the distance between rural and urban areas, maintain the legitimate right and interest of urban migrant farmers, adjust the interest relationship among each social group, accelerate the constructing of harmonious society, we must establish the social security system for urban migrant farmers.This paper at the base of having enough information, the author Discuss the dialectic relation between establishing the social security system for urban migrant farmers and constructing socialistic harmonious society ,then analyzes the reasons for the beginning of urban migrant farmers group and the present situation that they being short of social security, at last gives the approach and advice to establish the social security system for urban migrant farmers. There are four parts in this thesis:In the first part, the author gives cognition regards to the fringe of social group, urban migrant farmers is a new and special group in the process of industrialization and urbanization in our country ,they become a marginalized group between urban and countryside. Then analyzes the reasons for the beginning of urban migrant farmers group and the dialectic relation between urban migrant farmers and harmonious societyThe second part analyzes the dialectic relation between establishing the social security system for urban migrant farmers and constructing socialistic harmonious society. the urban migrant farmers contribute greatly to the development of society. on the one hand , the author illustrates that establishing the social security system for urban migrant farmers is the intrinsic meaning of constructing harmonious society; on the other hand ,the construction of harmonious society is good to establish the social security system for urban migrant farmers. In the third part, the author analyzes the characteristics of urban migrant farmers, including the fluidity, the fringe, the puniness and the complexity. Then analyzes present situation and reasons for urban migrant farmers hardly having social security: including the reason of outdated ideas, system, raising money, management, implement and legitimate.In the last part, the author analyzes the feasibility of establishing the social security system for urban migrant farmers. There are three modes that have their good side and bad side at present. This paper makes an attempt to adjust the good side and bad side of each mode, take thedevelopment of China′economy and society into consideration, adhere to the idea of social justice, aim at build an approach to unite the urban social security system and rural social security system, adhere to practicable principle, put forward that establishing the social security system for urban migrant farmers should establish a security system including all security content at the base of establishing individual development account. Meanwhile, we should expedite the reformation of correlative system in relative areas. In a word, according to taking the measures above, we should solve the problem of establishing social security system for urban migrant farmers reasonably, so that we can accelerate the construction of harmonious society.
