Farmers Rights Protection Under The Harmonious Society

China is now building a harmonious society all citizens to build shared society is asociety of equals, is any social groups and individuals should receive the propertreatment of the social. China is a large agricultural country, the number of farmers isalmost more than half of the total population, is a major force in national political andeconomic life. However, since the reform and opening up, for various reasons, thelegitimate rights and interests of the farmers did not receive effective protection, there isno fair and enjoy the fruits of reform and opening up, reduced to the vulnerable groups insociety.
