On Reformation Of The Contemporary Village- Town's Administration System In China

On the basis of synthesizing relative results of researching the reformation on the system of villages and towns in recent years, this text trace the historical development process of village-town's administrative system in our country, analyse some main problems that exist in present villages and towns administrative system of our country objectively, such as relation between Communist Party and regime, government's function, institution, rights of affair and fiancé. It especially analiyse the deep reason that hidden behind the matter of administrative system of villages and towns nowdays, for example, out-of-balance public supply system in urban and rural, lag-behind reformation of political system, negative affection from pressure system, unreasonable fiancéand revenue system ,blocking of administrative reform of local government, etc. Acting on the requirement of social development at present and in the future , the auther integrate the theory with practice organicly and propose the thinking and proposal on reformation of the administrative system of the villages and towns pointedly: combine internal and external reformation of the village- town's system from horizontall to vertical ,implement the reformation of county - villages and towns - village system simultanceously, and divide the whole reformation goals which to be realize into the short-term and long-term.
