Research And Application To Working Process Reengineering Of Government System Of Wuyi County

In the 21st century, a popular phrase says that"government should work according to the WTO rules". Today, with the globalization of world economy and the prompt development of information technology, the most urgent thing the government of all levels should do is how to renovate the traditional management model, to simplify the work procedures, to adjust the organizational structure, and to realize computerization entirely according to the rule which is directed by customers and focused on service .In this thesis, the writer try to apply the theory of Business Process Reengineering in the working process reengineering to solve the problems with the governmental function's transfer .First, through analyzing the situation of the regional economy of the county and the present developmental condition of Wuyi County in economy and society, this thesis advances the proposition of application of BPR's management technologies and methods to reengineering the working process of Wuyi County government system. Second, it expounds the BPR's elementary theories and practices, and using the experiences at home and abroad for reference, it establishes a foundation for further analyzing the problem of working process reengineering of Wuyi County government system .Third, this thesis takes advantages of management technologies and methods of BPR ,orientated by the key points of customer service guided, operation process simplified and organization depressed, analyzes the present situation of the working process of Wuyi County government system, reengineers the irrational links in the existing work and finds out the practical schemes. Fourth, it also puts forward to build up the effect appraisement setup of Wuyi County government system, examines and gauges the regenerating work from many aspects and perspectives. Particularly, it illuminates the practical significance of reengineering working process of government system by citing the example of customer satisfaction assessment through examination method.
