The Realization Of Associated Administrative Approval System On Internet Under The Affairs' Agent Through All The Process

Informatization is one of the important city development strategies in the 21st century in China. The orientation of the informatization is: to drive industrialization by informatization, to promote modernization by informatization, to strengthen the competitive competence of city and to improve living standard by developing regional economy based on the knowledge economy.This paper aims to: through research of applying the concept of E-government to the government system, propose the suggestion of establishing an associated administrative approval system on internet, which is important to transfer government functions and reform administrative system, promote making administrative affairs known to the public, further increase the efficient of government affairs, reduce administrative cost, protect legal rights and interests of citizens, corporation and other organizations, deepen reform of administrative approval regulation and administrative mode, advance the process of carrying out governmental duties in accordance with the law, prevent and govern corruption from the headstream, and ensure and supervise government departments to work effectively. At the same time, E-government construction is also a strategical process to improve quality and efficient of administrative service, to enhance the capability of governmental supervise and service, to promote social supervise and to optimize cities'environment.The research method of this paper combines the dialectical materialism and empirical analysis.
