In order to achieve the goal of transforming government functions and building a service-oriented government,China formally launched the reform of administrative examination and approval system in 2001.As the most important carrier of the reform,the administrative service center was born.After the Nineteenth National Congress of the CPC,as a newly formed government department after the institutional reform,the Administration Service Data Management Bureau undertakes the mission of its predecessor,the Administrative Service Center,to promote the reform of the administrative examination and approval system,and at the same time increases the function of the administration information data management.With the rapid development of Internet,the Internet technology has brought great changes to the government service of our country.The State Council has put forward the concept of "Internet plus government services".The Administration Service Data Management Bureaus are making efforts to implement the "Internet + government services".how to combine the "Internet +" to rebuild the administrative approval process of the Administration Service Data Management Bureau,innovate the contents and ways of government services,and strive to bring more convenient government services to the masses and enterprises,become a key hot spot of the government service promotion research at present.In recent years,the Chaozhou Administration Service Data Management Bureau has taken the "Internet + government service" as the starting point,focusing on the reform of the administrative examination and approval system,combined with the reform and construction of "digital government",strengthening the sharing and application of government data,optimizing the work process,and launching a series of new initiatives of "Internet +government services",and constantly promoting the approval process reconstruction.At the same time,there are also some problems,such as insufficient function authorization,low degree of optimization of approval process,small proportion of collaborative approval,and difficult to break through the inter-departmental data barriers.Chaozhou Administration Service Data Management Bureau has made some achievements in promoting the approval process reengineering with the use of "Internet +" technology,and there are also some problems of commonness and individuality.This paper takes Chaozhou Administration Service Data Management Bureau as an example to study the reengineering process of government service data administration under the background of "Internet +",and strive to find a replicated and popularized mode of government service approval process reengineering under the background of "Internet +",so as to provide reference for government serviceApproval Process Reengineering under the background of "Internet +".
