Studies On The Law Of Land Usufruct On The Reform Of Urban Villages

With the advance of urbanization, a special kind of countries named urban villages appeared in our abruptly established cities and hindered the development of integration between rural and urban areas. The reform of these country areas is necessary. However, the phenomenon of urban villages is an epitome of the drawbacks of the dual track structure of rural and urban areas in our country. The reform was full of difficulties and that slowed down the steps of urbanization. It affects the aim which builds moderately well-off society. this phenomena is closely related to evolvement of land use institutions.In the recent years,scholars focused their researches on the economic and social contents to this problem. And in some way they omitted the related legal researches. This essay tries to solve this problem from the angle of law. This essay firstly discusses the relationship amongst the institution,urban-village and land use ,then stresses the formation and evolvement of the urvan-village,the character and problems of the land use, the obstacle and innovation of institutions. Based on the analysis of the irrational institutional factors of land use ,the paper gives the solutions to the renewal of urban-village and presents an innovative model of land use institution.
