Research On The Interaction Between Social Environment And Teenagers' Ideological And Ethical Cultivation

Under the influences of contemporary social environment, teenagers'ideological and ethical cultivation have many new problems. Theoretically and practically, it is an important challenge that how to improve the effect of ideological and ethical education to teenagers. Then it is an essential strategy for teenagers'ideological and ethical cultivation to optimize the social environment in which the teenagers are developing. Under the guidance of Marxism, this thesis therefore applies the theory of interaction between environment and human being to a deep exploration on optimizing the social environment for teenagers'development.Firstly, the thesis briefly introduces the connotation and classifications of the social environment. And it analyzes the background, importance and functions of teenagers'ideological and ethical cultivation; meanwhile, it explains the importance of the social environment as well as that of the cultivation.Secondly, the thesis mainly discusses the interaction between the social environment and the teenagers'ideological and ethical cultivation. To be specific, it contains the environment's influences, features to the cultivation and the elaborate displays as well as the understanding of the influences. The social environment that influences the cultivation includes the macro environment, the micro environment, and the soft environment. The macro environment contains the aspects of economy, politics, culture and laws etc; the micro environment contains the aspects of families, schools, and communities; and the soft environment contains the web, the public media and the public opinion etc.Finally, the thesis manly analyzes how to constructing a good social environment so as to promote teenagers'ideological and ethical cultivation. It also discusses the significance, principles, strategies and ways to build the good environment. The significance lies in the necessities to better teenagers'ideological and ethical contents of the new era; to improve the practical efficacy of their ideological and ethical education; to enforce the management and norm of their ideology and ethics and to bring the guidance of the cultivation into full play. It is needed to carry out the principles of respecting, concerning and helping teenagers. And the strategies are the following: to strengthen the construction of socialist market economy to supply material base to the cultivation; to greatly develop education to supply systematical guarantee; to play teenagers'initiative to supply the inner power and to get rid of harmful environment to supply the outer condition.In short, teenagers'ideological and ethical cultivation is a systematical project, which needs families, schools and society to form a three-dimensional environment. And it is needed to combine all social environment subsystems to join forces for teenagers'ideological and ethical education in order to provide the outer guarantee for teenagers'healthy developing.
