Study On Community Social Organizations And The External Environment Of Interaction Problem

Along with the advance of our country's city community construction,the transformation of government functions,and a part of social organizations,especially professional social organization by the local government purchase in the form of community public service gradually involved in the community construction,in order to better meet the demand of urban community residents of diversified services.People began to realize that in community construction,the necessity of the emergence of social organizations and exert its function are the important part of community construction is indispensable.Under this background,the development of community social organizations is growing fast China.This article choose heroitte street southwest road in Dalian community Xinai endowment service center as a case,studying the social organization as a community that how to interact with the government,the social public,the foundation,the enterprise relationship,and their faces huge challenges and opportunities in the process of growth.Based on the Xinai endowment service center as a case study,mainly using the method of participant observation,documents,depth interview method to collect data.Through the action of impact on organizational development has important analysis to explore the interaction with other subjects.The author found that,by the empirical study of Xinai influential endowment service center of survival and development of social main body mainly include the government,the social public,foundation,social enterprise four types.To study on the interaction between them by analysis,the author thinks that Xinai endowment service center in the capital,office facilities and legitimacy are inseparable with the government,it is better to the organization development and the relationship between the main body has had a profound effect,these donors "I you" for all the ideas,thus affecting the organization of the independence and autonomy.With a specific view,the government's project funding support of the community social organizations is few,for they funded project,the administration has seldom had to mtervene the organization's specific operation,but through the early organization operation range and the laws and regulations to control the organization;Xinai endowment service center mainly displays in the demnd for public foundation interaction,activity funds and long-term goal programming is affected by the restrictions and public foundation;Xinai pension center for the interaction between the social public demand is mainly to make its current has greater improvement in credibility,future will rely on the social public to be more involved and consumption.Xinai the interaction between pension service center of enterprise demand mainly at the medical nursing services and products provided by the sponsor,the enterprise continuously enhances their ability to solve the social problems in the process of interaction and the sense of responsibility,gradually grow into a social enterprise.
