Discussion On The Application Of Management Information Systems In The Government

With the development of information technology, especially the widespread use of Internet technology, E-government has become a country or region to enhance overall competitiveness of the important factors. In the information age, information systems management as an essential means of managing the enterprise, E-government has become an indispensable tool for the country. Informationization can help the government to make many impossible things not only can be done, but also can be done faster and better. It can also help the government to achieve the effective management of the country, which makes the management controlled by the government into a service-oriented management.In this dissertation, the combination of theory and practice, and the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis were employed as the research methods. E-government and the country has become an indispensable tool in many countries as a priority in its development strategy for the government.In the second chapter, the Management Information System and E-government-related topics and the results were summarized.The third chapter explains how the modern information technology, management information systems, Several e-commerce and e-government and other related concepts, and do the appropriate distinction, Meanwhile, we have to be voluminous, a clear understanding of the concept. With the development of modern information technology, enterprise management information system has been a great deal of development, thus a new model -- the value of e-commerce transactions. Meanwhile the government institutions at all levels have also established a Chief Information Management Information System, or e-government. In the third part of the article explained in detail the functions and the main mode of e-commerce and e-government content.The fourth chapter discussed the government's information on the current situation and the development and current state of e-government at home and abroad. By analyzing and comparing the development of e-government at home and abroad. These problems arise from the current level of economic development of our country and our system of obstacles to a decision.In the fifth chapter, from the viewpoint of organization and management of the network technology, some suggestion was advanced to solve these problems or to improve governance policy recommendations. It also explained the development strategy for e-government in line with China's national conditions.Through the above analysis and research, and combining the situation of China's e-government development and China's national conditions, we put forward a process of government information and the difficulties and obstacles encountered in the analysis of its causes. It is suggested that the corresponding reasonable solution that China's e-government strategy.
