On Talking Of Legal Safeguards On Constructing Harmonious Society

After entering the 21st century, both domestic situation and the international situation has undergone complex changes. China's reform and development has entered a crucial period. It is under this historical background that our Chinese Communist Party creatively put forward a new theory of building a socialist harmonious society. In the party's 16th plenary session of the Fourth, building a socialist harmonious society is regarded as having the same prominent place with material, political civilization and spiritual civilization construction, and the capacity of building a socialist harmonious society being regarded as an important aspect of the party's governing ability. Harmonious society should be based on a people-centered, fair, and orderly society, and the purpose of the law is to maintain social order, maintain fairness and justice .So we need to create and complete a legal system for building and promoting a harmonious society. Legal system is one of the connotations of a harmonious society. The building of the legal system is of great significance to the building of a harmonious society, and has played an irreplaceable role in safeguarding on the building of a harmonious society.Construction socialist harmonious society met the objective demand of reform and development of our country , have reflected the fund a mental interests and common as privation of people. There are inherent logic relations between harmonious society and legal construction. Legal system is the result and systemguarantee of the harmonious society. Every characteristic of the harmonious society includes the need to legal system, and puts forward the new demand to the national legal construction.In this paper, on the base of Marxist principles and methods ,to the fulcrum of the power protection , focusing on harmony between officials and the public, I have given a more systematic analysis and more comprehensive explore of the theory of a harmonious socialist society and its corresponding legal protection system, made a bid for an overall sketch of the laws of China in the perspective of building a harmonious society, made a theoretical exposition of the role of the law playing on building a harmonious society , put forward a few immature proposals on how to strengthen and improve the legal protection mechanisms .I sincerely hope that the paper can make modest contributions to the building of a harmonious society in our country .
