A Study On The Japan's Central Asian Strategy

Since 2004, Japan's Central Asian strategy has been shaped, and the relationship between Japan and Central Asia developed quickly, it's very important to study Japan's Central Asian strategy. There are some reasons, such as the economic interests, political interests, geopolitical interests for why both Japan and Central Asia to develop this relationship, so the development of Japan-Central Asia relationship is not because of Japan's wish only. Moreover, in three phases, from the year 1991 to 1997, from the year 1997 to 2004, from the year 2004 right to now, the reasons for Japan to build a relationship with Central Asia are different. In the history of the Japan-Central Asia relationship, Japan's ODA has played a very important role. As have paid out a lot, Japan has gained a firm base to develop the Japan-Central Asia relationship, and it also gets ready for Japan's Central Asian strategy, which is based on the "Central Asia plus Japan" dialogue. In the future, the Japan-Central Asia relationship will develop successfully and quickly. Japan's Central Asia strategy has a strategic think to correspond with U.S, to balance Russia and China. Japan join the game in Central Asia will bring some disadvantageous influences to China, so -China has to take actions actively, but China should not worry about it so much, and China should not see Japan's Central Asia strategy as a strategy for Japan to Contain China. In the fields of Central Asia affairs, China and Japan have the feasibility and necessities to cooperate.
