Analyzing The Circumstance Of The Peasant-workers From Perspective Of The Ethic In The Eyesight Of Harmonious Society

Nowadays the peasant-workers of China play a very important role in the construction of Harmonious Society. Seen from the world, the modernization of the international community, industrialization development always is turn with the process of city development together. But in China the actual circumstance is that the cities develop impressing. For developing modern and industrialize progress, the city must be developed quickly. In the next several decades, the population who migrant from village to city will increasing quickly. In recent years, the peasant-workers problem became the focus of the society concerned more and more. How to treat the peasant-workers justly is becoming an urgent lesson. Peasant-workers contribute much to the development of city society. But in the binary social structure of city and country that based on the system of registered permanent residence, they are still peasant identity. Therefore they have suffered various unequal treatments and the discrimination, the proper rights appearing serious imperfection. If the problem can not be saluted, it will hinder directly the urbanization. Then the whole national society economy development result in many negative effects, play negative impact upon the construction of Harmonious Society. The problem of the peasant-workers is not only an economic problem, political issue, also an ethical problem. And the academic question and realistic problem must be solved in the Harmonious Society.The paper try to analyze the circumstance of the peasant-workers from perspective of the ethic while not the usual sociology or economics. It bases on the theory of justice, associates the background of the construction of Harmonious Society, ponders on the justly rights of peasant-workers, analyzes the reasons from the justly perspective of ethic, and bring forward some ethical solutions to the problem.As to the main structure, the paper is divided into three parts:The content of the first part contains the justly theory in the Harmonious Society. From the basic definition and essence of justice to the important system justice in the modern justice, and dissertate system justice and Harmonious Society at end.The content of the second part contains the realistic circumstance of the peasant-workers. Defining the concept from the history of peasant-workers, then summarize the thingy circumstance, analyze the reasons from the perspective of ethic at end.The content of the last part contains the solution to the problem of circumstance of the peasant-workers. Giving the solutions from two aspects of system justice and individual justice, pursuantly uniformize the both above, and finally impel the resolution of the circumstance of the peasant-workers in the Harmonious Society.
