Research On The New Generation Of People Of Migrant Workers In The Harmonious Society

The Urbanization Process of China developed continuously in21st century, the core of urbanization was to reduce farmer and change the famer into citizens. In2010the State Council promulgated the "Central One document"."The new generation peasant workers" was formally mentioned in this document. As the main body of peasant workers the new generation peasant workers got high degree of education. They have made a big difference with the older peasant workers; they have different values, ways of thinking, identity. They are most likely to become to citizens. The civilization of the new generation peasant workers not only has good effect on the construction of harmonious society but also has great influence on the solution of construction of harmonious society, agriculture, countryside and farmers and promotes urbanization process.The new generation peasant workers faced many difficulties on urbanization currently and they were treated unfairly mainly in the policy level, system level and social management and service level. The government needs to protect new generation peasant workers’ legitimate rights by establish laws and regulations in household registration system, employment system, social security system then they can enjoy the life of citizens and melt into the city truly.This paper tries to use the basic principles of Marxism and sociology and other related theory for instruction. Through the study of new generation peasant workers urbanization situation in Hefei, we could fully understand the survival status and citizenship barriers of current new generation peasant workers who work and live in the cities, and proposes the solution and relevant countermeasures to solve the problem of new generation peasant workers.First chapter presents the research background, significance, the domestic and current situation of international research, research purpose, research method, etc of this paper. The second chapter focuses on the theory of citizenization by classical writers of Marxism and Chinese leaders. The third chapter put forward a fully definition of the citizenization of new generation peasant workers. And this paper analyzed the practical significance of new generation urbanization of migrant workers, system evolution, and The Times.The fourth chapter based on the investigation of rural migrant workers in Hefei, Anhui province. This paper introduces the existing situation of new generation peasant workers and the degree of urbanization, and points out the dilemma of the urbanization.In view of these obstacles the author put forward several countermeasures about Cenozoic urbanization of farmer workers in chapter5and also hopes to provide some opinions for reference.
