Research On The Principal-Agent Risk Avoiding Problem Of Medical Equipment Purchase

The building of military medical equipment is one of important things in logistics of our army, the level of the building determine our ability of safeguard in future war. Nowadays, in the purchase management of military medical equipment, purchase's principal-agent risk is the central, asymmetric information between principal and agent is the source of the risk.The research of medical equipment purchase is one of contents in defense acquisition, as a special purchase, purchase is the key factor to influence the safety of medical equipment. In my research, the principal-agent risk in medical equipment is the object of my research. In this article, first, definition and explanation the principal-agent risk in purchase of medical equipment; second, use oligopoly model and principal-agent theory to analyze the forming and effecting process of the principal-agent risk in purchase of medical equipment,conclude it can control the risk that adopt apportionment of cost to fix the price; then sum up the risk phenomenon by checklist method, and use hension decision method to compare the value of vary purchase scheme, at last, use economic institution theory to establish the design of avoiding the principal-agent risk in medical equipment purchase,at last, advance some advice to consummate and optimize institution.
