The Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) is an organization of the patriotic United Front of the Chinese people. It is also an important organ for the development of multi-party cooperation and political consultation under the leadership of the CPC, and an important forum for promoting socialist democracy in the Chinese political system. The Deliberative Democracy plays an important role and can by replaced. Looking back the history and development of CPPCC, the relationship with Deliberative Democracy is close. The fulfillment of half several centuries proves the insisting and developing deliberative democracy is glorious history mission and important and political responsibility of CPCC.The main functions of the CPPCC are to conduct political consultation, exercise democratic supervision and participate in the discussion and the handling of state affairs. it pushes the development of the scientific and democratization actively.
