Constructing a Socialist harmonious society is an important task for our party from the overall situation of building a well-off society and initiating a new situation of socialism with Chinese's entry to the crucial point of the reformation and embodies the ultimete people's fundamental interset and common wishes. Constructing a Socialist harmonious society is a great systematic project.It's emphases and difficulty is in country. The rural basic-level party organization are the executor and organizer of the rural policy ,and also the backbone powder to constructing a Socialist harmonious society.
