Research On The Construction Of The Party Organization At The Grassroots Level

The basic-level Organization of the Party is the foundation of the whole organization system of the Party,the foundation is steady,the party’s political fort is also impregnable.At the present stage,the construction of the party’s grass-roots organizations is a firm bastion of consolidating the socialist road with Chinese characteristics.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the party once again raised the importance of the party’s organizational strength,only by giving full play to the positive role of the battle fortress can the foundation of the party take deeper root and provide the source power for the development of the party.The Party and state organs at all levels shoulder the important mission entrusted by the State and the Times.The construction of Party organizations at the grass-roots level is not only a link and bridge between the Party and the masses,but also an important place for the management,education and supervision of Party members.At the same time,the construction of the grass-roots Party organizations in the organs also plays a positive role in the construction of the grass-roots Party organizations in other fields.In order to better explore the current situation of the construction of grass-roots Party organizations in local organs in our country,this paper conducted a questionnaire survey and interviews with some grass-roots Party organizations in Shuozhou,Shanxi Province,the research content includes the organization life,study activity,leadership style,work style of the grass-roots Party organization,and so on.At present,the construction of grass-roots Party organizations in the organs includes such phenomena as "two skins" and "black under the lamp",the relative weakness of grass-roots party affairs,the imperfection of the system of accountability and accountability,and the short-term problem of compound talents in the construction of grass-roots Party organizations,as a result,the service consciousness,function and model function of the Party organization construction at the grass-roots level are not prominent enough,which seriously restricts the innovation and development of the Party organization construction at the grass-roots level,and affects the full play of the Party organization construction function.In view of this,the work of Building Party organizations at the grass-roots level in government departments should constantly deepen their understanding of the grass-roots level,continue to show concern for the grass-roots level,and permanently support the grass-roots level,so as to ensure that the development of Party organizations at the grass-roots level is in line with that of government organs,carry out the idea of integrating into and serving the grass-roots units.
