Research On Resources Dispute In The East China Sea Between China And Japan

The energy issue is an important matter in Sino-Japanese relations. China and Japan pay more attention to the East China Sea energy for their energy consumptions. The energy dispute, in essence, is resources dispute. In resources dispute of the East China Sea between China and Japan, it is inevitable for the delimitation of the continental shelf and exclusive economic zone demarcation. This paper tries to probe dispute history, current situation, influencing factors from the United States and difficulties. Ultimately, it put forward some proposals for resolving dispute.The article focuses on the following issues:1. the history and back ground of resources disputes between China and Japan2. the great significance of Sino-Japanese economic development to exploit the East China Sea resources3. the situation of resources dispute between China and JapanOn these bases, it analyzes the deep reasons of resources dispute between China and Japan, and then puts forward the channels of resolving disputes.
