Discussion On The Ideological And Political Education Of The Floating Population In Xinjiang

The ideological and political education is a fine tradition and political superiority of our Party, the foundational work in spiritual and cultural construction. The assignment of ideological and political education is to extract thoughts and regulations that reflecting people's benefit to teach members of different social classes in simple way, and translate it into people's faith and habit, assort motion and maintain stability and advancement of our society. The floating population is the inevitable product of development of market economy, which has play a very important role in process of our country socialism modernization. The massive floating population swarm into Xinjiang, has brought Xinjiang society certain opportunities, also certain challenges. On the one hand, the floating population came to Xinjiang has promoted the development of Xinjiang economy, and cultural progress, became the essential strength in Xinjiang modernization. On the other hand, because of certain deficiencies in some kind of policy and system, the ideological and political quality of floating population in Xinjiang need to be bettered, there also exist psychology questions among them, to some extent, they are the community need more help from our society, which are not beneficial to both the development of floating population in Xinjiang and Xinjiang society. We must to strengthen the functions of manage institutions in ideological and political education , to exert the superiorities of areas in Xinjiang where floating population is living to carry out ideological and political education, to show ideological and political education roles of social media and public place environment.It is necessary to reinforce our Party's elementary theory propaganda and education,patriotism education, national knowledge education, and education of party's national policy, national unity, self-reliance, to start an undertaking with painstaking efforts, education of party's fine tradition, and education of socialism market economy idea of independence, equality, competition, open mind to them, which lead them to adapt life style in Xinjiang, to promote Xinjiang society forward while improve their quality and living standards.
