The Study On Comparison Of Adjusting Method Of Environmental Law Between China And Japan

The adjusting method of environmental law is a concept which appears because of the adjust of the environmental law. The adjust of the environmental law is implemented and has some function through the adjusting method of environmental law. As an independent law subject, the environmental law's adjusting method also has the characteristics of itself.The research on the adjusting method of environmental law is important for clarifying the relation between environmental law and the traditional law and further developing environmental law.Now, China still faces many environmental problems, and the development of environmental law in China is slower than development of economy, also the use of the adjusting method of environmental law has a lot of problem. The result of the environmental protection work in Japan is very good because it has a perfect environmental law system and the use of its adjusting method of environmental law is very vivid and valid. Through the study on comparison of the adjusting method of environmental law between China and Japan, this text analyses the difference beween them, finds out key problem of the adjusting method of environmental law in our country, and analyse its deep reason, then try to introspect from the principle and the system of environmental law in order to find out a basic way to improve the adjusting method of environmental law in our country.
