"Political culture is a set of political attitude, political belief and political affection beingpopular in specially period of a nation". Both the China and the America countries' politicalculture have each unique characters. A nation's foreign policies are deeply affected by it's politicalculture. And also a country's political culture has the interwoven connection with it's diplomaticculture. Both the China and the America are great cultural countries, and also there are mangdifferences and mang common characters. The differences of the two countries' political cultureprominently display in the religious value, the national point of views and in the ideology aspects.And general characters of the two countries' political culture then prominently display in culturalopenness, cultural practical and some consistent basic ideas. These differences and commoncharacters affect Sino-U. S. Relations from the contrary two aspects, and the developing prospectof the two countries' relations are depended on the differences and the common charactersgrowth-and-declining trend. These two political culture may seek the common ground whilemaintain the difference, can comprehend by the communication, can expand the mutualrecognition by the communication, and also can promote the mutual confidence. Analyzing theSino-U.S. relations from the political culture angle has great practical significance to avoidmisunderstanding, conflicting as far as possible because of the unlike and the different politicalculture bring along to both countries, and also has great significance to reinforce communicatingand understanding, to treat the both countries' relations properly. And then provided a fineinternational situation to our motherland's socialism modernization at last.
