As an important part of our country's informanization strategy,the construction and development of e-government has experienced an advanced periods congnition of e-government of information both governmently and socially.the transition of e-government being considered as the automation of government issues and the construction of government intra-and inter cyble not to exploit government information in order to build a harmony society proves the maturation of Chinese e-government help us broaden the view and aboved the knowledgement.However the problems of construction of e-government are confirmed which include the integration of information.the vertical strongess and horiortal weakness,the cyble service capability and the sterdanizations .based on above,the thesis carries through a combined research method to analyze the fesibility and selected choice lane and the way of how to the supply chain theory to optimize the e-government system.The research signifance an previous document commendation are introduced in the preface .the main body are:the feasibility of imbedding the supply chain to construct e-government the chain to construction e-government.the selective choice lane imbedding the supply chain to construct e-government the chain to construction e-government.the status-quo getting along of imbedding the supply chain to construct e-government the chain to construction e-government.the solutions of how to solve selective problems.The thesis systematically analyzes the main problems of construction if e-government with supply chain theory which is in order to carry out the solutions since the in-coming direction of e-government optimization based upon supply chain theory.
