This paper will discuss the problem based on the three most key factors (tax, financial and land), combine these three instruments together, regard them as three parts of one unit, and hope for a breakthrough of former isolated discussing, also for benefiting to solve controlling of real estate price problem.This paper is divided into four parts:First part, explain the conceptions, structures, classes, essence of real estate price briefly, in order to make a notional preparation for the whole paper; second part, through the analysis of actuality of the real estate price in China, find out the reason why the price grew so fast, and analyze the significance and pressure of the real estate price control, so this part is for issuing out the problem; third part, aimed at the reasons of second part, analyze the measures of controlling the real estate price from the points of tax, financial and land, these three measures formed the whole series of control respectively as main, basic and essential measure , this part is for analyzing problem; fourth part, follow the analysis of measures in last part, put forward the solving ways from the points of tax, financial, land and them together, they are also constructive advises for real estate price control, this part is for solving problem.Magnificent control is a systematic project, it needs to integrate different measures, so as to get the expectant effect. Writer cited and took reference of some different attitudes, only for conforming the good ideas and suggestions about real estate price control issued by former scholars in their own researching field, break the phase of isolating and each does things in his own way, made them to be combined and to be supplement each other, made them to be organic parts of the whole of real estate price control. Only by this way, we can make sure the real estate price control receiving a good result.
