Research On Separation Of Power And Responsibility Between Governments Of Gansu Province And Lanzhou City

The 30th chapter of 11th five year plan summary of national economy and social development in People's Republic of China proposes advancement administration organizational reform and transformation of the government functions. First section of the 30th chapter proposes reasonably the separation of power and responsibility of the economy adjusts, the management of market, social management and Public serves between central authorities and Local authority. The separation of power and responsibility between governments is the central content of political reformation and the administration reformation and is the way of enhancing administrative efficiency. In 2006, central Committee of the CCP establishment committee chooses the governments of Gansu province, Guangdong province and Hubei province to research the the separation of power and responsibility between governments.
